Responsibilities

• Develop and implement measures to improve occupational safety in the Shipbuilding Facility.
• Disciplinary leadership of employees and ensuring the availability of staff and resources.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for components and construction phases.
• Design continuous improvement processes across all activities, coordinating with internal, cross-departmental, and external interfaces.
• Implement measures for specification, selection, and procurement of necessary tools.
• Plan employee deployment within the framework of fine control and manage the assigned production orders.
• Conduct shopfloor and 6S activities.

Profile

• Successfully completed master craftsman (m/w/d) training in shipbuilding, industry, welding, or comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding within an international group and proven leadership experience (e.g., references, SNK courses, LCP modules for managers, or similar).
• Strong conceptual skills, communication skills, and a high result-oriented approach.
