Job Description:
What you´ll do
- Develop and implement Regional Finance (‘FR’) Controlling roadmap to address strategic topics focusing on long term impact
- Cascade global roadmap and strategy within FR Controlling and ensure effective and transparent communication within the FR Controlling Community
- Coordinate FR Controlling activities at global level driving value creation and efficiency
- Initiate and execute Controlling related projects (end-to-end) to develop new analytical solutions, strengthen analytical capabilities, optimize Controlling related processes/activities and to enhance FR Controlling Community
- Support projects during the roll-out and operational phase (after launch) and drive continuous improvement to ensure lasting added value
- Connect with key stakeholders from various internal departments to ensure an efficient and transparent communication and a close collaboration in project implementation
- Explore and unlock new controlling and analytical capabilities enabled by data and digital solutions
- Other Ad-hoc analysis / presentations / tasks
What makes you a good fit
- University degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in Finance / Controlling
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling or related field
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and sound understanding of financial statements and processes
- Advanced knowledge of Controlling related processes in SAP and other financial systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solutions
- High willingness to learn and strong team spirit
- Digital skills and international working experience a plus
