What you will do:

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Tracking and following up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
• Working towards targets set by the client and internal goals
• Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues
• Following standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
• Turning every customer interaction into a positive experience
• Collaborating and exchanging ideas with colleagues
