EMCD is a simplified crypto-fintech platform that offers a complete ecosystem of crypto services. It is built around a top 10 global mining pool and has been recognized by crypto.news as the best crypto savings account of 2024.

We aim to expand our global sales team and are seeking experienced senior professionals for the role of Sales Manager for Earn Products.

Join us if you are able to:

  • Drive sales growth of EMCD's CoinHold and other yield products across Germany or the entire DACH region.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase Total Value Locked (TVL) in the region.
  • Qualify and close transactions with prospects through inbound sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including high net worth individuals, mining operations, and tech-savvy investors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outreach, networking, and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and educational content.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis on the DACH crypto landscape.
  • Conduct product demos and educational sessions for potential clients.
  • Manage and report on the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and regional TVL growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, crypto, or fintech sales within the DACH region.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2C or B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency yield products, DeFi, and investment vehicles.
  • Established network within the German and/or Austrian crypto and financial sectors.
  • Experience explaining complex financial products to various customer segments.
  • Familiarity with local crypto regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (20-30%).
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in developing markets.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts accessibly.
  • Relationship-focused with quick trust-building abilities.
  • Adaptable problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding TVL targets.
  • Deep interest in crypto markets and yield strategies.
