This is a full-time hybrid role: Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday - remote.

What you will do

  1. You will be responsible for a portfolio of digital channels (Google, Meta, Pinterest, Apple) that drive visits and revenue to our multi-billion dollar business.
  2. You will manage a multi-million dollar monthly advertising budget, aiming to grow our customer base and maximize customer lifetime value for long-term profit.
  3. You will operate our advanced tools to build campaigns, optimize performance on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta ads, Pinterest Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  4. You will leverage technology to improve business outcomes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions.
  5. You will collaborate with Ad Tech, Data Science, Engineering, Storefront, and Business Intelligence teams to develop innovative, value-added products that enhance business value and customer satisfaction.
  6. You will use analytics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
  7. You will analyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize to improve ROI.

What You Need

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as math, sciences, engineering, economics, or business.
  2. Prior experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategy with an analytical focus is highly valued.
  3. Experience with performance marketing (shopping, text, social media, display, app install ads) is a plus.
  4. Strong business acumen, results-driven mindset, and ability to quickly grasp KPIs and metrics to find performance improvements.
  5. Strong quantitative analytics skills with a technical inclination; familiarity with SQL, GBQ, Python, or R is preferred.
  6. A mindset of ownership, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and a proactive attitude.
  7. Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  8. Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus.
