Jobbeschreibung

We are currently recruiting for an Airport Services Agent in Berlin.

You will support the operation by providing five-star service to customers at the airport terminal and help create an enjoyable airport environment for travelers. You will ensure quality service and adherence to safety policies and security standards.

Specific accountabilities include:

  1. Liaising with check-in, transfer desk, and related areas for smooth passenger acceptance.
  2. Escorting and directing arriving and departing passengers to areas such as hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk, lounges, and gates.
  3. Assisting the Duty Officer with company materials and records.
  4. Liaising with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) for quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
  5. Ensuring passengers are smoothly assisted through airport facilities.
  6. Performing other duties to ensure efficient operation of the work unit.
  7. Supervising GHA staff during flights to maintain Qatar Airways service standards.
  8. Organizing check-in counters and coordinating documentation.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • High energy and a positive attitude to perform well in a demanding environment.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
  • Ability to work shifts is essential.

You must have the legal rights to live and work in Germany to be considered for this role.
