Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of reports
2. Checking the completeness of supplier orders
3. Preparatory route planning
4. Order processing
5. Complaints management
6. Regular dialogue with customers and suppliers

Qualifications:

1. Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training in the commercial sector
2. Knowledge of English
3. Customer-oriented, independent, careful, and systematic way of working
4. Team-oriented work
5. Very good computer skills
