Shape the digital future of ZEISS in the Global Algorithms & Software Semiconductor Mask Solutions team! Your sophisticated algorithms evaluate enormous amounts of image data efficiently, enabling the performance of complex photomask systems essential for defect-free microchip manufacturing.

Your Role

Our high-tech measurement systems for semiconductor lithography demand extreme performance, achieved through optical components and computational algorithms at the highest level. Your challenge at ZEISS is to push the limits of accuracy and throughput for extreme data rates. You will bring these solutions into our products.

You will oversee multiple sub-product teams providing computational models, image processing, high-performance computing, and software solutions. You will coordinate development requirements, manage interfaces, and shape the product vision.

Your Profile

• A very successfully completed degree in physics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics.
• Several years of experience in product management, project management, or as a product owner in a SCRUM team, ideally in algorithm development within the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent knowledge of machine learning, classical image processing, and physical/methodological knowledge of geometric and physical optics.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and preferably experience with parallel computing (CUDA, OpenMP, Cloud).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
• Fluent English skills.
• A great passion for solving complex problems independently and collaboratively.
