In order to help realize the ambitious growth objectives of Rewire (we aim to double the Rewire business in the next 4 years), we are currently looking for a Program Manager. As a Program Manager, you will take a core leadership role within Rewire, driving the delivery of AI projects and leading small teams to deliver high-impact work for our clients. You will help lead the day-to-day of AI transformation projects and ensure successful delivery within the scope of the engagement. Additionally, you will dedicate time to further develop your own expertise and that of Rewire on leading AI topics, and support our partner group in bringing this expertise to our clients.

As a Program Manager at Rewire

1. You lead a broader strategic AI program for one of our clients to unlock value with AI
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide (Senior) Data Scientists and Data / AI Engineers
3. Typically responsible for 13 workstreams
4. Drive analytical problem solving, AI solution integration, and output quality within your workstreams
5. Leverage general technology & business acumen and holistic thinking within the program
6. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior consultants and create learning opportunities for team members
7. Manage client relationships daily, maintain work pace, and help lead senior client meetings and presentations
8. Contribute to business development, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and attending pitches
9. Contribute to the development of our AI expertise and intellectual property, including improving methodologies and developing new ideas

Job requirements

• Experience in AI or analytical value creation
• Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis and strategic communication
• Strong leadership skills in business and client management
• Able to drive change with clients
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for creating change and helping others
• High motivation to learn and grow
• 46 years of relevant work experience
• A university degree in a STEM field with above-average academic performance
• Business-level English (written and spoken); at least B2 German for the German office
