This team is at the forefront of Lenovo's efforts to introduce innovative solutions around ThinkSmart / Smart Office, IoT, and Modern Deployment solutions. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will leverage both your technical expertise and sales skills. This is a customer-facing role reporting to our Senior Manager Global Technical Consulting for Smart Collaboration based in the USA.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Owning workplace transformation technological and collaboration aspects for EMEA, working closely with teams in North America and Asia.
• Presenting face-to-face to clients on workplace transformation technical capabilities/roadmaps at events, workshops, and briefings; providing pre-sales technical support to Lenovo sellers, technical teams, and partners; supporting PoCs with end customers.
• Identifying opportunities by presenting technical solutions to business problems; setting and managing expectations internally and externally.
• Understanding and articulating best practices (Lenovo and industry-wide) around conference room lifecycle.
• Understanding emerging technologies and products and Lenovo's strategies to address them—solution planning and design.
• Gathering customer feedback on current products and relaying it to Lenovo Business Units for future improvements.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in technical sales and consultative support in the UCC / Conferencing and Collaboration industry.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience collaborating with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of hardware deployment and management best practices.
• Excellent relationship and team-building skills.
• Ability to present to IT staff and senior management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally.
