We focus on GDPR-compliant data processing, developing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, and enhancing our public website. Our goal is to simplify complexity for our clients and make Scalable the most trusted brand in finance.

• Collaborate with motivated software engineers and academics in the financial industry
• Utilize modern software development practices (agile, CI/CD, test automation, cloud infrastructure)
• Engage with AWS services like ECS, Fargate, Lambda
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, well-documented code with security as a priority
• Deploy products to production demonstrating real business value
• Contribute to engineering excellence within the team

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of backend experience with Java/Kotlin, JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS, Git, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Passion for well-architected, testable, documented code and agile mindset
• Strong analytical skills in technical and product domains
• Experience with microservices and end-to-end ownership in complex projects
• Practical AWS or cloud provider experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Security topics and DevOps experience are advantageous
• Background in financial software development is a plus
