Job Description: Area Sales Manager FRI Betondach (m/w/d)

About DEUTSCHE ROCKWOOL GmbH & Co. KG: Part of the ROCKWOOL Group, with four plants and approximately 1,300 employees in Germany, we offer advanced insulation systems for buildings. We are seeking to strengthen our team in the Baden-Württemberg region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a support structure for concrete roof contractors and promote our ROCKWOOL flat roof products
  • Acquire new customers focusing on concrete roofing
  • Provide technical consulting and product demonstrations to target groups
  • Negotiate prices and secure projects
  • Conduct training sessions to showcase our product range and increase brand awareness
  • Collect market information and perform potential analyses
  • Handle complaints according to current guidelines
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales / Presales department
Qualifications:
  • Completed training in a construction-related profession, preferably roofer, or a commercial qualification with strong technical building knowledge
  • Several years of sales experience and industry knowledge
  • Negotiation skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Residence within the sales area and high willingness to travel
