Our company creates digital solutions that increase process quality and efficiency, support sustainability, and foster new business models, based on real-time data from Mercedes-Benz vehicles worldwide. We prioritize the secure and responsible handling of data to ensure the acceptance of our connected driving services. Department and Tasks

The Processes & Systems department designs efficient operational workflows and ensures IT systems align with company goals. We support all departments in achieving success and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

We are looking for a candidate to:

• Manage a central customer platform and related utilities for Business Support Functions, handling all functional and technical aspects.
• Own the product roadmap, requirements, and backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering & Technology (DevOps), and Corporate Functions to implement the product vision, ensure stability, and maintain high quality.
• Gather and evaluate product feedback from internal and external sources.
• Present prioritized topics to management for decision-making and report on progress.
• Ensure platforms meet IT security standards and act as a resource for other departments.

Qualifications

Your profile should include:

• Several years of experience in developing and enhancing digital platforms, e.g., as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency in agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience managing external service providers and strong communication skills, especially on technical topics.
• Strong analytical, methodological, and interpersonal skills, with a high customer orientation.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• A proactive team player with initiative and a curious mindset for continuous learning.
