Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead evaluation, design, analysis, and implementation of solutions across specific infrastructure applications or technologies based on enterprise standards.
2. Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise solution portfolio from current to future state.
3. Enable excellent customer experience by identifying gaps in operational and project activities and recommending solutions for improvement (reducing inefficiencies in IT processes & tools).
4. Work closely with product & service owners and the program management office (PMO) to ensure plan execution aligns with project or product lifecycle promises.
5. Act as a consultant to stakeholders on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings, driving targeted IT business outcomes.
6. Support communities of practice (CoP), guiding agile teams, service, and product owners to align with enterprise architecture governance and strategy.
7. Work independently on international migration and lifecycle projects.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or cloud development.
• Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Experience delivering presentations to senior executives and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of technology architecture aspects like integration, network, and security.
• Knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL.
• Ability to work with developers in an outsourced environment.
• Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding the long-term and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Pragmatic problem-solving, adaptability, big-picture thinking, comfort with ambiguity, cross-domain collaboration, and interdependency management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with flexibility and mobility.
