Location: Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany

For our Cleco business division - one of the leading brands in screw technology - we are looking for your support immediately for the home office as a:

  1. Development and implementation of targeted sales strategies for the DACH region, with a special focus on a specific area, in close collaboration with your supervisor
  2. Creation of comprehensive sales plans for the markets you are responsible for
  3. Design of customer loyalty strategies considering market analyses for informed decision-making
  4. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations and distributors
  5. Responsibility for achieving strategic goals with key customers, considering sales, revenue, and profitability targets
  6. Leading the acquisition of new customers, conducting sales negotiations, and tracking sales and revenue development
  7. Organizing and conducting sales training and coordinating training programs, new installations, and market support through external partners
  8. Studying industrial engineering or business administration, ideally with technical additional qualifications or comparable training
  9. Several years of experience in sales, especially in distributor sales
  10. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships across different cultures
  11. Willingness to travel when necessary
  12. Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are advantageous
