CapitalatWork (part of the Foyer Group) is a dynamic and independent asset manager for private and professional clients. For 30 years, we have been building the added value of our clients' investment portfolios by applying our disciplined investment philosophy and our knowledge in estate planning. We manage assets of approximately 9 billion euros and employ around 140 employees spread across seven offices: Antwerp, Breda, Brussels, Ghent, Kortrijk, Louvain-la-Neuve, and Luxembourg.
The Business Analyst is responsible for the efficient and effective use of the resources allocated and the achievement of objectives set in collaboration with management.
Main Activities:
- Ensure the proper functioning of information systems and related interfaces within the organization.
- Consult with management on functional information processes and activities to improve business operations' quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Participate in project committees or work groups, involving internal and external parties, to address specific IST-related topics or issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to user and management requests.
Your Tasks:
- Needs Analysis: Understand and analyze business activities and user preferences to respond effectively and contribute to organizational goals.
- Implementation: Work with users to implement changes and parameter settings for financial information systems and interfaces, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Testing: Conduct unit and regression testing to verify the proper operation of information flows within systems and interfaces.
- Documentation & Training: Prepare user documentation and conduct training sessions related to systems, procedures, and data flows.
- Support: Provide proactive and high-quality responses to client and business inquiries.
- Consultation: Participate in work groups and task forces to recommend effective procedures.
- Quality Monitoring: Continuously evaluate process and user service quality to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance.
- Communication: Report on system performance and changes, promoting proper system use.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in projects, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines and quality standards, following recognized methodologies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Continuously acquire and exchange knowledge to enhance system performance.
Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial IT services, especially in banking.
- Deep knowledge of private banking activities and Olympic information system (front and back end).
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Telekurs, Swift, Bloomberg, MS Office, etc.
- Proven project management and interpersonal skills for managing or collaborating on IT projects.
- Methodical, business-oriented, and autonomous.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Lëtzebourgish, Dutch, and German are assets.
