The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting the Exyte Group's safety and environmental policies and programs. This role involves collaboration with Environmental Health & Safety team members, business units, and facility leaders on program development, oversight, and implementation.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

1. Provide expert consultation on EHS matters to management and project teams.
2. Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Organize and execute health, safety, and environmental programs to promote safe behavior.
4. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, and manage adverse event investigations.
5. Develop and implement EHS campaigns and strategies.
6. Lead contractor EHS onsite audits and participate in project evaluations and environmental audits.

Show your expertise

1. Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
2. Successfully completed education/studies as Master/Technician/Engineer.
3. Proficiency in teamwork across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
4. Very good German skills, good English skills.
5. Willingness and ability to travel and stay on-site for extended periods.
