Tasks

As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our global partner network within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive business growth, foster successful collaborations, and maximize the value of our solutions for customers worldwide.

Your Impact

Partnership Strategy & Expansion

  1. Develop and execute a global partnership strategy to enhance PDF Butler’s reach in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  2. Identify, onboard, and nurture new strategic partnerships, ensuring long-term success.
  3. Strengthen relationships with existing partners, optimizing collaboration and engagement.

Driving Business Growth & Collaboration

  1. Work with partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and unlock new revenue streams.
  2. Actively support partners on sales opportunities, ensuring a win-win partnership model.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, and Customer Success) to enhance partner experience and solution offerings.

Continuous Improvement & Market Insights

  1. Gather feedback from partners and customers to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
  2. Monitor partner and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive success.
  3. Stay up to date with Salesforce ecosystem trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Profile

  • Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about building and scaling partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Experience in cross-border networking and managing relationships globally.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
  • A well-established network within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
