We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team. At B. Braun, we protect and improve people's health worldwide. Responsibilities:

1. Establish and operate sustainability and environmental management systems within the LIFE and LIFE N plant networks.
2. Further develop energy management and monitoring systems.
3. Serve as the contact point for energy, environmental, and sustainability topics.
4. Ensure sustainable product manufacturing and disposal.
5. Advise and report to leadership and plant management on sustainability issues.
6. Develop and integrate sustainability projects to meet corporate goals, legal requirements, and improve economic efficiency.
7. Identify improvement potentials and optimize resource utilization.
8. Manage internal and external energy and environmental audits.
9. Prepare and facilitate energy and environmental management reviews.
10. Act as interface between global EH&S, the Sustainability Office CoE Pharma, and Braun Facility Services.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an engineering degree in energy and environmental management, building technology, climate technology, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Alternatively, a comparable qualification such as a certified technician with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability strategies.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web applications, basic SAP skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
