Our client, an innovative player in the digital automotive wholesale space, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver top-tier support to buyers and sellers across Europe. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys solving complex service issues.

The Role

As the first point of contact, you’ll manage incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, covering logistics, payments, claims, and general support. You’ll handle customer relationships with empathy and professionalism, while helping identify process improvements and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries related to sales, logistics, invoicing, and claims
  • Handle end-to-end claims management, including decision-making on compensation
  • Actively collaborate with logistics, finance, and engagement teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain high standards for communication, case documentation, and SLA performance
  • Contribute insights to improve service processes and the customer journey
  • Monitor vehicle inventory and support transport coordination between sellers and buyers

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or business-related degree
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or support (B2B/B2C)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling high-pressure situations and complex customer needs
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and support platforms (, Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Fluent in English or German; and at least one additional European language such as French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Polish.
  • Familiarity with the automotive or logistics industry is highly desirable
