Position Overview :
As the Senior Director of Sales you will balance leadership with direct sales responsibilities. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the sales team by setting strategic direction, leading by example, and ensuring both personal and team sales targets are met.
You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives while simultaneously maintaining a personal sales pipeline, engaging with key enterprise clients, and closing large, complex deals.
Additionally, you will act as a pod owner, ensuring effective territory planning, key targets activation, and close collaboration with marketing and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
