Summary
We are looking for a “Manager Global Mobility (f/m/d)” for the HR Center of Competence Mobility at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The HR Center of Competence Mobility Management department is responsible for ensuring compliance requirements and process definition, operational support and implementation as well as the strategic development of the entire spectrum of business mobility within HENSOLDT.
Your Tasks
Provide competent and professional advice to managers and employees on all individual labor, tax, immigration, and social security law issues in the area of international mobility at HENSOLDT AG.
Design assignments, from the preparation and implementation of foreign assignments to the drafting of contracts and reintegration of returning employees, in compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements, in cooperation with stakeholders, including budget and invoice control.
Coordinate and process employee assignments on tax sites independently.
Ensure efficient administration within the tax parent company principle across the HENSOLDT Group.
Support and develop the strategic orientation of the Global Mobility division.
Ensure compliance with and optimize international corporate and secondment guidelines.
Act as the contact person for internal departments (e.g., tax and legal) and external partners regarding international personnel assignments.
Your Profile
Completed studies focusing on HR management, labor law, tax law, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in international HR work or international assignments (global mobility).
Strong knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law.
Structured, independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
Intercultural competence.
