Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Product Operations - Non-Commission Revenue and Promotions to join our Global Vendor team and help us deliver exceptional experiences.

The Non-Commission Revenue (NCR) team manages in-app advertising revenue and promotions product performance across regions. Responsibilities include setting ambitions, aligning targets, and tracking performance to maximize value. The team also defines and aligns commercial strategies with regional vendors, understanding local requirements and business opportunities to influence new product concepts and features.

Key stakeholders include central product and data teams, as well as regional product and commercial teams. The NCR team ensures ongoing alignment with these stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support Delivery Hero’s Global Revenue team in shaping non-commission revenue strategies.
  2. Identify gaps, create frameworks, and design plans to enhance product performance and platform growth.
  3. Develop hypothesis-driven analyses to estimate initiative impacts and prioritize actions.
  4. Formulate data-based commercial strategies and present them to senior management.
  5. Identify business issues, propose solutions, and support product development and deployment.
  6. Manage relationships with regional counterparts and technical teams, monitor project progress, and provide guidance.
  7. Prepare Go To Market strategies and sales enablement materials to bolster regional sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or internet companies; experience in advertising and promotions strategy is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle data ambiguity and develop clear hypotheses.
  • Hands-on mentality, driven, structured, and logical thinker.
  • Highly motivated, communicative, energetic, and capable of handling business challenges independently.
  • Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
