Patient Navigator
The Bilingual Patient Navigator links immigrant, refugee, and non-English speaking patients with health, psychosocial, and other services using a culturally sensitive, patient-centered approach. This position collaborates with internal and external partners to guide patients through the nuances of the US healthcare system.
