Our customer is a company specializing in industrial automation with a focus on Linux/Open Source since 1996. They support innovative projects for well-known clients in the industrial sector, with over 20 years of experience and currently 25 employees.

To strengthen their team at their headquarters in Uhldingen (Lake Constance, Friedrichshafen) or from home office (with regular office presence), they are seeking an Embedded Linux/Linux Kernel Developer (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

1. Customer support from conception to implementation in the embedded Linux environment
2. Error analysis at customer sites
3. Full BSP support with hypervisor
4. Container deployment

Your profile:

1. University degree in computer science or comparable training
2. Profound knowledge of embedded Linux and real-time operating systems
3. Strong programming skills in C / C++
4. Experience in software development (web, Linux, C / C++)
5. Experience in project management processes
6. Strong commitment to Open Source
7. Good command of English; German is an advantage
