Qualifikationen

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tide is looking for a German-speaking Marketing and SEO Copywriter who can help us shape Tide’s voice in the German market - delivering unique, engaging marketing content that drives organic traffic and leads. You will be working in our Marketing Team, using your content and experience to help acquire new members for Tide and build our brand recognition in the German market.

This job is right for you if:

  • You are a native or fluent German speaker with an excellent command of both written and spoken German.
  • You have at least 4+ years of experience creating compelling marketing copy across a broad range of platforms from long-form formats like blog posts to UX copy, email marketing, website landing pages, and paid social.
  • You have experience in the Fintech, Tech or Finance sectors and understand what it takes to build a brand in these spaces.
  • You have experience writing copy for B2B/B2C brands.
  • You have experience establishing copy best practices and ways of working to be able to deliver effectively and at pace.
  • While the role requires German copy, the business language is in English, so strong English skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • You excel at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to create integrated campaigns that align with brand strategy.
  • You are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality content.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Curating the organisation’s tone of voice for the German market.
  • Creating compelling content that drives organic traffic and conversions across multiple acquisition channels, including but not limited to SEO, product landing pages, CRM, Direct Mail, out of home, paid social and blog content.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships and processes across marketing and the wider business to improve the copy team’s efficiency and output.
  • Being the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring our content consistently meets high standards across all touch points.
  • Turning technical information into simple, compelling messaging that converts.
  • Understanding what a good brief looks like and answering briefs to an extremely high standard.
  • Putting Tide members at the heart of everything you do with a focus on delivering the best, most engaging content for SMEs.
  • Analysing data - from keyword research to website analytics - you should be comfortable using data to inform and refine your work.
  • Reviewing, amending and approving other content.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, but also providing feedback to additional copy resources including freelance support.
