About Us

MCP Emerging Markets is a specialist emerging and frontier markets asset manager with offices in London and Munich. The firm follows a high-conviction, long-term investment strategy focused on quality companies with strong fundamentals. The portfolio is concentrated, consisting of 20–30 small- and mid-cap companies, with which we actively engage to improve corporate governance and advance ESG practices.

We are looking for ahighly organised, experienced, and reliable individualto join our Munich office for a full-time role. This is not a standard office administration position — it includes elements of compliance support and broader operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage day-to-day administrative tasks including travel arrangements, scheduling, document handling, invoicing, and correspondence.
  • Support the operations team in their day to day work
  • Liaise with external service providers such as tax advisors, compliance consultants, and IT support.
  • Assist in the preparation ofregulatory filingsandcompliance documentation, including content for annual reports
  • Support the annual audit process, including liaising with auditors and organising documentation
  • Contribute to the creation ofpresentationsandinternal reports
  • Provide organisational and project-based assistance to theportfolio manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Several years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial sector or a regulated environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, a structured and proactive working style.
  • A good head for numbers and the ability to work confidently with financial data and reporting tasks.
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and discreet, with a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
  • Confident user of MS Office and digital tools.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Arbeitserlaubnis for Germany
  • Professional, friendly attitude and a willingness to take ownership in a small, dedicated team.
