As our new Head of Sales (m/w/d), you’ll be at the helm of Genesis Motor Europe’s commercial strategy across Europe, steering the performance of all sales channels and shaping the growth trajectory of Genesis across a dynamic, competitive landscape.
We want you to:
- Develop and lead the execution of pan-European sales strategies in close alignment with HQ and top management.
- Drive market share and revenue growth by crafting short- and mid-term commercial plans — from contract management to dealer invoicing.
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team fostering accountability, agility, and excellence.
- Set and monitor dealer performance targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and evolve the dealer network to ensure profitability, performance, and brand alignment – In conjunction with the local NSC.
- Define operational programs to meet volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Supervise field activities and ensure all sales operations reflect Genesis’ premium positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Risk Management, Finance, Network Development) to manage dealer health and commercial risks.
- Oversee order planning and inventory optimization to balance market demand with supply.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Ensure strong RV management and results to minimize GME costs
- Manage Remarketing & CPO programme & all associated elements
- Maximize all Finance programmes and ensure competitive position with all lease partners (White label programme)
- Manage all incentive programmes and financial risks, always in-line with current BP
- Ensure weekly forecasts are carried out by all markets, covering every channel and model and articulating all risks and actions to ensure BP or above
Your profile:
- Degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in related position.
- Proven success in a senior sales role at an automotive OEM, ideally in a pan-European context.
- Track record of driving performance in complex, fast-growing environments with a multi-site footprint.
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to empower, align, and drive teams toward ambitious goals.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally.
