TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, and proudly offers job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

We provide successful candidates with comprehensive training on the company’s products and guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do :
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
  • Work towards achieving targets set by the client’s statement of work and internal goals
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on efficiently handling common questions
