Mandatory Skills:

3. Proficiency in creating project management deliverables such as management plans, project plans, risk and issue logs, and meeting documentation, including managing project/program targets.
4. Knowledge of project management methodologies like PMI, PMP, or Prince2.
5. Technical and functional skills in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service).
