Qualifikationen

Responsibilities & Tasks
  1. As an expert, ensure building safety by thoroughly inspecting industrial and commercial buildings.
  2. Inspect building technology systems such as ventilation, CO warning systems, smoke extraction, pressure ventilation, and fire extinguishing systems.
  3. Conduct hygiene checks, energy inspections, and comfort measurements.
  4. Create safety reports for systems in special buildings, industry, and commerce.
  5. Perform on-site inspections near clients, aiming for local dispatch. Achieve your daily goals.
  6. During training, work with experienced experts and receive extensive technical training and ongoing team meetings for internal exchange.
  7. Gain insight into our operational scope.
Experience & Qualifications
  1. Degree in building technology, supply engineering, or a comparable field.
  2. Initial experience in planning, maintenance, or construction of supply systems is desirable.
  3. Recognition as a legally recognized expert or willingness to be trained as one.
  4. Knowledge of technical standards (DIN, VDE, VDI).
  5. Basic computer and software skills.
  6. Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing.
  7. Class B driver's license.
