Position Summary: Onit is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager (all genders) for our EMEA region, based in Germany or Lithuania (remote with up to 10% travel). The successful candidate will serve as an advocate and escalation manager for customer accounts, ensuring delivery of excellent support and service. They will collaborate with various global teams, act as the technical expert on the Onit platform, advise customers on solutions, assist in renewals, and mentor support staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be the technical and subject matter expert on Onit's platform solutions and customer-specific configurations.
  • Navigate internal processes to meet customer and team goals.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and manage expectations and resolutions.
  • Address support escalations promptly, providing regular updates.
  • Manage technical support tickets and prioritize issues for resolution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements in service, solutions, and products.
  • Document configurations and commitments as needed.
  • Support special projects and provide guidance to colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in customer-facing technical support or account management.
  • 5+ years in project management or working with deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Based in Germany or Lithuania.
  • Proficient in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Self-managed with a willingness to learn from failures.
