As we build our team, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager to drive talent acquisition and ensure efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent in IT, Product, and Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media and niche platforms
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and the candidate experience
  • Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and performance management cycles
  • Maintain and optimise HR systems, including ATS
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance


Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • 3+ years of IT, Product, and Operations hiring experience
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent or native proficiency in both Russian & English
