Shape the digital workplace at Foodji

Whether on-site or remote, a seamless digital work environment is essential for our growth. In this role, you’ll ensure technical stability, support our team in their day-to-day work, and help us further develop a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Your mission at Foodji:

• Operation and support of our IT infrastructure – both on-site and remote
• 1st & 2nd level support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft systems
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot & Apple Business Manager (MDM for Windows, macOS & iOS)
• Implementation and monitoring of security measures (SSO, VPN, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.)
• Support for our Microsoft Teams rooms (Logitech, Android-based)
• Operation of office network infrastructure (Internet, WiFi)
• Support with onboarding of new colleagues

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or workplace management, solid knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune (including MDM), Entra ID, networks, and mobile device ecosystems, and proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level). Motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, structured, and ownership-driven work attitude are essential.
