What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the CAPY team in the Clinical & Financial domain. Your mission will be to work on features that doctors in France, and in the future in Germany and Italy, use to share prescriptions with patients. Your responsibilities include:

• Improving the performance of key features implemented in Ruby on Rails and React;
• Helping with service-oriented architecture during our rearchitecture;
• Focusing on user experience through new features and design updates while maintaining high code quality;
• Leading the delivery of roadmap items with the team;
• Contributing to the technical vision and roadmap planning for upcoming quarters;
• Applying your expertise to help us improve our workflows.

Who you are

If you don’t meet all the requirements but believe you are a good fit, we encourage you to apply!

• +4 years of software engineering experience;
• Strong technical skills, with experience in monoliths and building scalable capabilities outside of them;
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, relational databases, and Typescript;
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
