The Role:

At Bond we design innovative solutions for our clients, helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. As the Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience, you will design, develop and implement employee experience solutions that meet the needs of Bond’s clients.

Bond offers you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging solutions for international clients in sectors such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and hospitality.

A Day in The Life:

As the Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience, you will support development of a wide range of customer and employee experience solutions for our clients. This might include:

Enablement and Training:

  • Assessing learning needs, analyzing existing training assets and creating and designing instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, workshops, post-tests, etc.

Engagement and Communications:

  • Writing copy for videos, job aids and infographics; research to support market scans.

Employee Engagement and Customer Experience Discovery:

  • Supporting development of Facilitation Guides and activity design for co-creations and workshops; scribing at interactive sessions to document participant feedback and insights; aiding development of customer journey maps.
  • Helping develop and localize materials for different markets.

Are You the One:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience, with at least 3+ years designing and developing solutions in relevant areas of focus such as employee experience, customer experience, learning and enablement or communications.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Germany (or the European Union) and located in North Rhine-Westphalia; however, could also be located in the surrounding areas: Cologne, Düsseldorf, Essen, Dortmund, Wuppertal, Bochum and Frankfurt.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who live within 80km radius of Cologne.
  • German language skills are required at C2 level minimum.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of demonstrating professional maturity in a remote work environment.
  • B2B experience, particularly in the commercial vehicle sector, is an asset.
  • Experience applying design thinking and Human-Centered Design to development processes.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for video scripts, communications, reports, e-learning materials, workshops, and more.
  • Strong visual design skills and the ability to present ideas in an engaging manner.
  • A client-centric mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with tools and platforms such as:

  • AI tools
  • Visual collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Beekast).
