The Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking an Export Control Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring compliance with global export control regulations and policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing and monitoring global standards and procedures within your area.
2. Consulting on all export control related questions in Germany.
3. Supporting internal and external audits and monitoring changes in national export control laws.
4. Applying your knowledge to export control classification based on US, EU, and national law, including license determination and application.
5. Monitoring business activities for circumvention, reviewing, and releasing transactions or business models.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field.
• Proven knowledge of export controls and experience in foreign trade.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT skills (Office, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong compliance mindset and intercultural experience.
• Ability to work in a structured, quality-driven, and results-oriented manner, with strong analytical skills.

Work routine: Flexible and mobile work, with 2-3 days per week onsite.

Languages: Business fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

*The gross annual salary for this position is at least 117,000 EUR for a 40-hour week, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a bonus, pension plan, and various employee perks.
