Your Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate workshops for requirements engineering and service decomposition with product teams.
• Implement integrations of new data sources and automate processes to support self-service and scalable adoption.
• Develop reusable monitoring solutions and assist product teams in creating customized monitoring for transparency.
• Collaborate with Business Product Owners to develop and execute onboarding strategies and timelines.
• Share best practices and conduct training sessions to empower product teams.
• Create and improve training materials in collaboration with the Empowerment Lead.
• Build self-service monitoring capabilities for independent onboarding of use cases.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Extensive experience in implementing monitoring and observability solutions with leading technologies.
• Deep understanding of monitoring functionalities and IT operations, especially DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and APIs, with programming experience (e.g., Python).
• Experience with large-scale deployment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
