About the Department

The "IT&D Enterprise Platform Services" department is responsible for the implementation and operation ("Build" and "Run") of ERP systems and related IT applications.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to our diverse benefits, a full-time position offers an attractive starting salary between €108,600 and €135,700 per year, plus a variable component. The exact salary depends on your qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate IT solution strategies within our "Source-To-Pay" process area, aligned with our transformation programs "ACT" and "EVOLVE". Lead the "Procurement" workstream with full responsibility for results and manage necessary resources for strategy implementation.
• Actively promote the professional and personal development of your team members and establish an innovative team culture. Ensure that operational services for existing solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of approved projects within budget. Collaborate closely with the product and process community in the "Source-To-Pay" area to utilize best practices and establish standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
• Several years of responsible experience in IT application service or application development.
• Proven expertise in at least one SAP module, ideally SAP MM.
• Extensive experience in personnel management and IT project management. Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented work approach make you an ideal candidate.
• Solid knowledge of modern IT architectures, especially in cloud services. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
