Responsibilities:

Carrying out damage and root cause analyses of EB products - in particular mechanical seals
Supporting the EB organization with technical problems in connection with the product function in the after market
Processing and management of complex RCAs in close cooperation with all parties involved (internal/external)
Close cooperation and coordination with the EB sales organization
Ensuring compliance with defined processes and their continuous improvement in the role of Corporate Lead Function (CLF)

Qualifications:

Degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Sound technical knowledge in the field of mechanical seal and application technology as well as the associated supply systems
Experience in the field of failure analysis and root cause analysis is an advantage
Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Confident handling of MS Office & SAP knowledge desirable
Business fluent in German and English and willingness to travel worldwide
