The company is looking to hire an FP&A expert to join their Finance team. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and play a significant role in their growth.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
3. Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
4. Ability to analyze business performance and create reports to support strategic decisions.
5. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a significant plus.
