Your Tasks
  1. Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and planning & implementation of strategies.
  2. Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure smooth sales operations.
  3. Identify and leverage opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  4. Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize training sessions and meetings.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharing insights.
  6. Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments.
  7. Management and maintenance of data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer information, prospects, and opportunities.
  8. Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to enhance company visibility and engage with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals.
  2. Experience in upselling/cross-selling software products.
  3. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  4. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  5. Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations.
  7. Business fluent in German and English.
