Position: Customer Service Officer

You will be part of a multicultural Customer Service team, collaborating with our European clients and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle all client requests: orders, delivery slips, shipments, invoices, and complaints.
  2. Support European Sales Managers with their requests, CRM input, and project follow-up.
  3. Provide information on products, prices, and lead times as needed.
  4. Follow customer service procedures.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent presence and work attitude; quick and willing learner.
  • Proficient team player.
  • Ability to prioritize, be flexible, and maintain high accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and positive mindset.
  • Experience in a commercial and administrative environment.
  • Freight and transportation experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in German and English, or English and French; proficiency in other European languages (Italian, Spanish, Luxembourgish) is a plus.
