Responsibilities

1. Independently manage and coordinate M&A processes in the renewable energy segment, including conducting due diligence and negotiating and closing contracts.
2. Structure project and company investments from a corporate law perspective.
3. Manage the commercial aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle.
4. Design and implement financing concepts for renewable energy projects.
5. Take responsibility for the financial controlling of projects and investment companies.
6. Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
7. At least 2 years of professional experience in M&A, preferably in the energy sector.
8. Solid knowledge in valuation and profitability calculations.
9. Fluent German language skills.
