Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Social Media Manager to join our marketing team in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role involves leading strategy, content creation, and influencer engagement across major social media platforms to support the HONOR brand's growth.

Location: On-site, Düsseldorf, Germany
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (18 months), with potential extension based on performance.
Eligibility: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Germany (valid work visa required).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead planning, content creation, and scheduling for platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Analyze social media data to inform strategies and improve performance.
3. Develop and execute campaign-specific and continuous content strategies.
4. Enhance HONOR's social media capabilities by setting KPIs and evaluating platform performance.
5. Manage local market strategies in content and community engagement.
6. Design and implement influencer marketing strategies for product launches and campaigns.
7. Collaborate with PR teams to engage influencers (KOLs and KOCs).
8. Coordinate with IMC and cross-functional teams to align messaging and KPIs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. 2-5 years experience managing social media strategies, preferably in consumer tech.
3. Deep understanding of social media trends and digital engagement techniques.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.
7. Experience with paid social media is a plus.
