Position Overview: This entrepreneurial, hands‑on role offers broad exposure to CEO, COO, and CFO functions—with mentorship and support—designed for a driven young professional. You’ll tackle strategic growth, operational processes, and financial management while preparing for a full a senior role (MD/Partner).

Tasks

Support & Drive Strategic Growth:

  • Collaborate on defining and executing growth initiatives, from business development to partnership strategies.
  • Contribute to the company growth initiative: participate in milestone setting, implementation and track progress toward growth.

Optimize Operations:

  • Help streamline end-to-end asset management processes.
  • Assist in implementing certification, sustainability, and tech frameworks.

Strengthen Financial Foundations:

  • Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting.
  • Leverage your networking skills to build relationships with European professional investors and family offices.

Recruiting & People Development:

  • Participate in talent acquisition by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding the right candidates to build a successful team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentorship and structured training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years in consulting, project management, or finance—ideally with a passion for natural capital, forestry, or environmental sectors.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable; eager to take ownership and learn across functions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability (P&L, forecasting), excellent communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in business, engineering, natural resources, environmental science, or related (MBA/advanced degree a plus).
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within Europe and North America as needed.
