We are seeking a professional to join our Investment Banking team in Frankfurt to contribute to Goldman Sachs' success.

Our Global Industrials Group advises on mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and investments in sectors like Aerospace & Defense, Diversified Industrials, Building Products, Paper & Packaging, Automotive, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation & Logistics.

Role Responsibilities

Associates develop and strengthen client relationships, participate in advisory teams, and execute financial transactions. Responsibilities include creating financial models, preparing client presentations, managing transaction processes, and structuring deals. They gain exposure to various business areas and develop analytical, communication, and marketing skills.

They perform company valuations, participate in M&A transactions, and handle equity and debt issuances. They prepare industry trend analyses, assess client situations, and recommend strategies. They coordinate with tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers, lead due diligence, and negotiate legal documents. Associates are vital to structuring client transactions and maintaining client communication.
