Social Network Platform

  • Monitor same-day selling procedures to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Conducting Daily Sales Activities
  • Respond to incoming opportunities outside the Event Booking Center’s parameters.
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling to close deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Utilize sales resources and support staff effectively.
  • Support operational aspects of booked business, including proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Support the company's service and relationship strategies to foster loyalty.

  • Adhere to Customer Service Standards and Brand Standards.
