Requirements

1. At least 4 years of experience in web design and Webflow
2. Motivation to deliver top-tier design and consulting services
3. Strong communication skills and experience in agency or freelance project management
4. Interest in becoming a team lead, coaching others, and building a team
5. Membership in a sports club (Ban Sports Club membership)
6. Participation in our lunch provision concept
7. Up to three weeks of remote work per year
8. Company credit card for lunch expenses
9. Opportunities for further development in areas like Creative Design or Landing Page Development
