As our newTeam Lead Performance Marketing, you will take over the management of our performance area - both in terms of content and personnel. You will not only develop the strategy for our paid and organic channels, but also reorganize team structures so that this strategy can be successfully implemented. Whether further development or reorganization: you shape the team according to the requirements of a scaling, international business.

Your playing field is diverse: you work across brands with different stakeholders, product categories and maturity levels. You maintain an overview, prioritize clearly and lead your team with a clear focus on impact, collaboration and further development.

You drive the performance of our marketing activities based on data - and ensure that we invest our budget where it really counts. At the same time, you build sustainable structures that secure our long-term growth.

You will also take us to the next level in SEO: you will develop a strategy that measurably increases the proportion of non-brand organic traffic - through smart planning, clear responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.
